We've been spending many years in the US and during those years, we're fortunate to be able to dine in, experience and cooked up the American Cuisine. It started of in college and during the college days, we would spend our vacations hopping in and our of different states.
After college, our jobs required us to travel to different parts of the states in those many business trips. The west coast, the midwest, the south west, those gorgeous national parks, the wonderful red mountain areas, the architecture, the people, the culture and finally the FOOD.... never ceased to amaze us.
Started as foodies, we would drive 3 hours from Oklahoma state to Texas just to try a new dish that we've read from the newspapers. We hop in-and-out of different restaurant serving different cuisine, burger joints, sports bar and street carts just to satisfied our craving and curiosity !
For years, we perfected our hands on cooking because as much as we love food, we loved to cook too. Bringing 2 passions together, we then started cooking for parties and hosting parties for our friends and families.
We would cooked up "San Fransisco's special" to share with our friends after we spent wonderful morning scrolling through the San Francisco 'Farmers Market', pick up fresh produce and had coffee at the side-walk. Sometimes, we even managed to fill the whole kitchen with smoke, when we tried our hands on hickory smoked Bar-B-Q ! With our passion for food and cooking, we've setup Rosemary Bites Restaurant ! :)
That's the main reason in Rosemary Bites, we serve 'Family Delights' since the food that we serve here are made from a collection of tried-and-true recipes that our friends and families love. We've dishes that are classic Americans as well as new classic that are inspired from different states in the US.
Our Classic American dishes including "Just-like-mom's chicken noodle soup", "Georgia Roast Chicken", "Classic Mac n Cheese", "All American Cheeseburger", "Hot-Wings", "Spaghetti with meat-sauce", "Grandma's Apple Crumble" and many more.
New classic as they are better known are dishes that are inspired from different states in the US. What we does is take the classic recipes, using the freshest ingredients and turned in up a notch ! Honey-Miso-Salmon is a total San Francisco Inspirations, The Grilled Sirloin Steak with Gorgonzola Sauce has a total Manhattan moment, New Hampshire Clam Chowder with taste of the coast, South-Beach Fish & Chips bring a bit of sunshine and fun and many more !
