HAPPY New Year

As we are reading the person of the year (2010) and start reflection on what we've accomplish throughout the year,  i realized this process is a way of celebrating life.   The important aspect of life such as family, health, knowledge and spirituality remain in the same importance.  The petty matters continue to remain petty.

We've been doing so much reflections and setting goals for so many years now.  New year resolutions seems to be repeating itself sometimes (just sometimes).  So this year,  we are throwing in some 'different' and yet important resolutions that you might want to keep :)

(1) Stop Being Late
1. Truth time: 35 percent  of managers don't believe your late-to-work excuses -- no matter how creative.
(2) Shape up
If David Lee Roth, Will Ferrell, and Oprah Winfrey can complete a marathon, so can you.
(3) Get Organized
Your thoughts need organizing, too: Jot down your aspirations in Sukie's blank botanical-themed "Turn Over a New Leaf" notebook. ($20, fredflare.com)
(4) Develop Good Daily Habit
In addition to making you look like an original gangsta, flossin' can actually help you live longer, according to a recent Harvard study.
(5) Quit Smoking
The money: A pack-a-day habit sends $1,657 a year (on average) up in smoke.

If you are pondering on your new year resolution and needed some break, come over to Rosemary Bites where we are serving holiday cocktails and the new year cheers and holiday food to pass around the tables while you're sharing conversations with you best-est buddies and family :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011 EVERY ONE  !
