Honey Lemon Dressing
Ingredients
* 1 tablespoon(s) plus 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
* 1 tablespoon(s) honey
* 1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped thyme
* 1/4 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
* Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. For any great dressing, always starts with the best quality ingredients that you can.
2.In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the lemon zest, honey, and thyme. Whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
